HeroMiners basics
HeroMiners runs mining pools for 18 coins. Each coin has its own pool on its own subdomain, with its own dashboard, blocks and payments, and they all work the same way: connect a miner, watch your hashrate, get paid automatically.
No. There is no account and no KYC on any of the pools. Your wallet address is your login, and payouts go straight to it, so you keep control of your coins the whole time.
A payout round runs every hour. Anything above your minimum payout is sent then, and you can set that minimum yourself on the pool you mine.
Eighteen, across CPU and GPU algorithms: Monero, Zephyr, Salvium and QRL on RandomX, Kaspa, Ergo, Alephium, Conflux, Iron Fish, Ravencoin, Quai, Beam, Xelis, Zano, Warthog, Ethereum Classic, Pearl and Qubitcoin. The overview page lists what each one pays right now.
Fifteen regions across Europe, the Americas, Asia and Oceania. You connect to the one nearest you, which keeps stale shares down; every coin is reachable from every region.
Yes, on any of the pools. Solo means you keep the whole block you find instead of sharing it, with much higher variance: you may wait a long time between blocks.
Some pools can convert your payout to Bitcoin or Monero before sending it. The pool you are mining says whether it offers that and which targets it supports.
It depends on the coin. Some are CPU algorithms, most are GPU, and a few have ASICs. The GPU, CPU and ASIC pages rank real hardware by what it earns and how long it takes to pay for itself.
Each pool sets its own, and it is stated on that pool. There are no other charges: no signup fee, no withdrawal fee beyond the network transaction cost.
