Terms of Service
These Terms set the rules for using the HeroMiners mining pools and this website. The short version: there is no account, your wallet address is your identifier, you mine at your own risk and cost, rewards are paid automatically to the address you configure, and by mining here you accept these Terms.

01Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and of the HeroMiners mining pools. "You" and "your" mean the person or entity pointing mining hardware at the pool or using this site; "we", "us" and "the pool" mean the mining pool service.
There is no account and nothing to sign. By connecting a miner to the pool, or by using this website, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the pool. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data the pool handles.
02The service
A pool combines the hashrate of many miners to find blocks and shares the rewards among participants according to the work they contributed. Some pools also merge-mine a second coin, which earns it alongside the first from the same work; where that is offered it is optional and never changes what the first coin pays.
The pool is used without registration: the wallet address you type into your miner is your only identifier, and all statistics and payouts are tied to it. You install, configure and run your own mining software and hardware; the pool only receives the work your miner submits.
03Eligibility and lawful use
You must be at least 18 years old to use the pool.
Cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency mining are regulated differently around the world. By using the pool you confirm that mining and receiving cryptocurrency is lawful where you live, and that you are complying with the laws and regulations of your own country or jurisdiction. Do not use the pool where doing so is prohibited.
04Your responsibilities
Mining is self-service, so a few important things are entirely in your hands:
- Enter your payout addresses correctly. Rewards are sent to the exact address you configure in your miner, for each coin you are mining. Blockchain transactions are irreversible: coins sent to a mistyped or wrong address cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else.
- Keep your own wallet safe. The pool never holds your keys and cannot restore a wallet you lose control of.
- Configure and maintain your own hardware and software, including keeping your miner pointed at a working server.
- All costs of mining are yours: hardware, electricity, cooling and internet access.
05Rewards, fees and payouts
The fee that applies to your mining is shown on the site, and is deducted automatically from block rewards before distribution; there are no other charges, and payout transactions cost you nothing extra. If the fee ever changes, the new rate is shown on the site and applies only to blocks found after the change; it is never applied retroactively to blocks already found.
Payouts are automatic and non-custodial. Once your confirmed balance reaches the minimum payout shown on the site, it is sent to your own wallet in the hourly payment run. Rewards depend on the blocks the pool actually finds: mining is probabilistic, and no level of income is promised or guaranteed.
A balance belongs to the address that earned it. Balances cannot be merged across addresses, split, or redirected to a different address, and rewards can only ever be paid to the address your miner worked under.
06Mining risks
By mining you confirm that you understand how cryptocurrency mining works and accept its risks, including that:
- cryptocurrency prices move sharply and a coin's value can fall heavily, even to zero;
- network difficulty, block times and rewards change constantly, so past results never guarantee future results;
- blockchains can reorganise, and a found block can end up orphaned and pay nothing;
- mining may become unprofitable at any time compared to your electricity and hardware costs.
07Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- use the pool for any unlawful purpose, or mine with hardware you are not authorised to use, including hijacked or malware-infected machines;
- attack, overload or attempt to disrupt the pool, its servers or other miners;
- submit invalid, forged or manipulated work, or otherwise attempt to cheat the reward system;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the pool's systems or other miners' data.
If we detect abuse we may reject the work involved, block the offending addresses, connections or IPs, and withhold rewards obtained through the abuse.
08Availability and changes to the service
We work to keep the pool running around the clock, but uptime is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades and unexpected outages can interrupt the service, and mining software in this industry is by nature experimental. Configure your miner to reconnect automatically and consider a backup pool for downtime.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, including servers, ports, features and fees, at any time; if mining of a coin on the pool is permanently ended, we will announce it on the site or our community channels.
Payouts always follow one simple rule: every miner must accumulate a balance that reaches the minimum payout, and using the pool means accepting that threshold. Whether a coin is delisted or not, and whether the pool stays open or closes, a balance that has reached the minimum payout is paid out. Getting your balance to the minimum is your responsibility; paying it once it is there is ours.
09Dormant balances
Balances above the minimum payout never linger: they are paid automatically every hour. Only amounts below the minimum payout can remain on an address. If an address stops mining entirely and a below-minimum remainder stays untouched for 180 days or more, that remainder may be treated as a donation to the pool.
10Disclaimer of warranties
The pool and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or profitable for you.
The pool is not a wallet, bank, exchange or custodian. It does not store coins for you beyond the short period between a block being confirmed and your automatic payout, and it is your responsibility to receive rewards into a wallet you control.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, for lost profits or lost data, or for losses arising from the risks and interruptions described in these Terms, including price movements, orphaned blocks, downtime, or failures of networks and third-party services.
To the same maximum extent, our total combined liability to you for any claim connected with the pool is limited to the pool fees deducted from your mining rewards during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your mining rewards in your jurisdiction. The pool does not withhold taxes, does not report on your behalf and does not provide tax advice.
13Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, logos and software of this website and pool are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without prior written permission, except as needed to normally use the service.
14Force majeure
We are not liable for any delay, failure or disruption caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, riots, strikes, power or internet failures, actions of governments, or failures of the coin networks themselves.
15Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top is revised. Continuing to use the pool after a change means you accept the updated Terms, so please check back periodically.
