HeroMiners vs 2Miners
HeroMiners and 2Miners compared feature by feature: login model, PROP versus PPLNS, fees, payouts and which of them actually mines Pearl.
The comparison at a glance
Both pools share the no-account model, so the real differences are the reward scheme and the coin list. The table states verifiable structural facts and our own current numbers; read 2Miners' live numbers from its own pages.

|---|---|---|
| Mines Pearl (PRL) | Yes | Not on its coin list at the time of writing |
| Sign-up | None. Your wallet address is the login | None. Wallet address is the login |

For Pearl specifically the two pools are not interchangeable; check 2Miners' current coin list yourself.
PPLNS versus PROP, in one paragraph
PPLNS pays you from a sliding window of recent shares, which smooths income but means your reward depends on shares submitted before and after a block. PROP pays each block strictly in proportion to the shares you contributed to that block's round: simple, per-block, and easy to verify. Neither is a trick; they distribute the same block rewards with different smoothing. The full explainer is in the PPS vs PPLNS vs PROP article in this help center.
Compare them fairly
For any coin both pools mine, read fee, minimum payout and payout schedule from each pool's own pages on the same day, and verify a few recent payouts of each on a block explorer. For Pearl, confirm first whether the pool you are comparing mines it at all.
