Block Reward
What a found block pays: subsidy plus fees.
The block reward is what the miner who produces a block collects: the newly issued block subsidy plus the transaction fees of every transaction in that block.
On a pool the combined reward is split among the round's contributors in proportion to the work each did, minus the pool fee.
