Block Time
The average gap between blocks.
Block time is how long, on average, the network takes to produce the next block. The network adjusts difficulty to keep it near a target no matter how much mining power is online.
Pearl targets roughly 194 seconds per block. A shorter block time means more frequent, smaller rewards; a longer one means rarer, larger ones.
