Fee
A charge for a service, such as the pool or a transaction.
In mining you meet a few fees: the pool fee (a small cut of rewards for running the pool), the miner-software dev fee, and blockchain transaction fees when you move coins.
This pool charges one flat fee, the same for proportional pool mining and solo, shown live on the pool statistics and deducted automatically, with no other charges and no cost added to your payouts.
