Share Difficulty
A per-rig target that paces your share submissions.
Share difficulty is a target the pool sets for your rig so it submits shares at a steady, sensible pace. Higher share difficulty means fewer but heavier shares; the total work is the same either way.
It only measures your contribution and does not change your earnings. It is far lower than the network difficulty a real block must beat.
