SSL / TLS
Encryption for a secure connection to the pool.
TLS (the successor to SSL) encrypts the connection between two computers so no one in between can read or tamper with the traffic. It is what puts the lock icon on a website.
This pool serves both plain and TLS-encrypted mining on the same port (1200): use stratum+tcp for plain or stratum+ssl for an encrypted connection.
