Wallet
Software or a device that holds your keys.
A wallet holds the keys that control your coins; the coins themselves live on the blockchain. Wallets come as software (hot) or dedicated offline devices (cold).
For mining you only ever give the pool your public address. Keep your keys and seed phrase safe and offline, and download wallets only from official sources.
